Pre Assessment Checklist

Thank you for your interest in applying to be assessed by Molly’s Network. In order for us to conduct the assessment, you must be able to answer ‘yes’ to the questions below.
a) Are you legally registered in Tanzania as a not for profit organisation?
b) Have you been operating for a minimum of 2 years?
c) Is your annual budget $3000 or over (approximate 5million Tsh)?
d) Do you have at least two months operating costs in the bank?
e) Do you have a permanent office space?
f) Do you have an organisational bank account or mobile money account (in the name of your organisation) with controlled access?
g) Do you have a plan that explains what your organisation is currently doing and what it plans to do in the future?
If you answer ‘yes’ to all these questions, you are welcome to apply for an Assessment. Molly’s Network cannot guarantee if or when we will be able to conduct your Assessment, but we will be in touch within a month of you submitting your application to let you know. If you answer ‘no’ to any of these questions but are still interested in an Assessment, please contact us to discuss further.

Molly’s Network would like to speak to three referees who know your organisation well as part of the assessment process. This will enable us to gain a better understanding of how you work as an organisation, and is a great opportunity for you to shine. One of these referees should be your Board Chairman (or another Board member, if the Board Chairman is not available). Two of these references should be external: if possible, one should be a donor and one should be a non-profit partner. If you are not happy for Molly's Network to contact these referees before the assessment, please let us know.
It would be very helpful if you could send us some documents together with this application. Please scan a copy and send by email, or indicate that we will be able to take a photocopy during the assessment. Please do NOT send us an original or a copy by post. If you do not have these documents please do not worry, just indicate that this is the case. You should use the checklist below to indicate which documents you have attached to your application, which Molly's Network will be able to collect during assessment if needed, and which you do not have.
